This very well cared for Mk2 Austin Healey Sprite has just arrived in part exchange.
The Sprite looks exceedingly smart in Iris Blue with a new black interior.
The car has been maintained regardless of cost by its last owner with recent expenditure exceeding £7,500 and is in excellent condition throughout.
There is a comprehensive history file which includes invoices, old MoT certificates, period advertising literature, Drivers Handbook and workshop manuals. There is a BMIHT Heritage Certificate which shows it to be a home market car which was despatched from the factory on 13 October 1961.
The underside is very clean.
There is full weather equipment consisting of hood, side screens and tonneau cover which are all new.
It has a current MoT valid until April 2026.
Our test drive showed what fun cars these are with a very willing engine and sharp handling. The clutch, gearbox and brakes all work well.
